Q: What quality canvas do you use?
A: We use a 380gsm pure cotton canvas. One of the heaviest in the market place.
Q: What kind of frames do you use?
A: We only use 38mm pine gallery bars to make your canvas print frame. We do not use the cheap solution that most other canvas printing companies use.
Q: Does my canvas print come framed and ready to hang?
A: All our canvas prints are ready to hang and framed. We supply all canvas prints with a hanging kit.
Q: What is the difference with the 2 types of canvas edges - Wrap or No Wrap?
A: Gallery Wrap - Image goes over the edge of the canvas.
A: Blank - White edges and the image stops at the corner of the frame
Q: Will I loose part of my image if I select Gallery wrap?
A: No. We mirror the last 2 inches of the picture and then we clone anything that looks strange.
Q: The canvas print size I want isn’t listed. Can you supply my canvas print in a bespoke size?
A: Yes, we have the unique virtual room ordering system.
Q: Do you offer a discount for large orders?
A: Yes, if your order is over £100
Q: How much is delivery for my canvas print and what if I order more than 1 print?
A: Standard delivery within the UK mainland is £9.00 for however many canvas prints you order.
Q: Can I order a canvas print and have it to be sent to another address?
A: Yes you can. Just fill in your requirements when you check out and we will post your canvas print to an address of your choice.
Q: Which debit and credit cards do you accept to pay for my canvas print?
A: We accept all major credit and debit cards using HSBC and also accept payments via PayPal
Q: Can I pay by cheque or online bank transfer for my canvas print?
A: Yes, send us your cheque in the post and once payment has cleared, we will ship your canvas prints to you.

A: We aim to deliver all canvas prints within 3-5 working days of us getting the order, but unfortunately, we cannot control the post and usually we ship a lot quicker.
