Epson / Canon - Leaders in canvas printing solutions
Canvasdesign have been using Epson printers for over a decade now and they have changed a great deal over the years. Printers of today are so advanced that they can print 18 metres of canvas in under 2 hours. The speed they lay the ink down is incredible and this does not reduce the quality of the image output. All images are printed @ 1440DPI and are processed using EFI Fiery RIP's.
The ink we use is 100% genuine Epson K3 printing ink. We do not use any cheap imitations. Our canvas inks from Epson are 108 years light fast on colour images and 200 years on Black and White images. If you add the canvas coating to a canvas print, this figure significantly increases.

We are now also using the Canon 8300s Printers. These are even faster than the Epsons but the quality is exactly the same. All of our printers are calibrated every month to strict colour targets using custom canvas colour profiles. We do not use off the shelf profiles. We generate our own colour profiles for the canvas we are using. If the colour on our canvas shifts slightly, we make a new profile.

The different canvas printers we use means we always have a solution for any image that is sent to us. Our studio now has the capacity to print over 1000 images per day if required. This means we can get images and canvasses printed quicker than any other canvas manufacturer in the market place.
